You will receive an invoice every month. You can pay by bank transfer (international or local), whichever is best for you.

You will receive an invoice every month one week before end of the month. You will have 1 week to pay. In case we don’t get the payment, your tasks will be stopped. We will transfer to you everything that was created during your subscription period and our collaboration will be paused.

In average, it takes up to 48 hours but we have “PRO” and “All Inclusive” membership plans where delivery time is around 24 hours

You might be surprised but Designer :s is a solopreneur agency. It means you will work directly with me, founder of Designer :s.

A task is any to-do you assign us. It can be to design a logo, do revisions to an existing design or anything else. Big tasks like “create website”, “create app” and “etc” will be divided on smaller tasks and delivered one by one.

We offer to join our Clickup task board where you will be able to see the status of your tasks. Sometimes clients request designs directly via email, sharing Google docs, join their task boards or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, it is discussable, we are trying to bring a comfortable experience for you

No, limits. All tasks will be delivered one by one during your subscription period

Most tasks are designed in Figma. Also we can use Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, Webflow and Google products

We use ClickUp, so we can invite multiple members of your team to the ClickUp board and manage everything there. We can also join other project management tools that you are already using if you prefer.

Yes, we placed all services that we can provide in blue box, all others out of our scope. We can specify some as examples: we do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, mp4, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

No worries! It is common situation in design world. You try to explain your vision and we will make it alive. In case of any issues we will find out pain points and fix them. We will have a plenty of time during subscription period

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

Yes, just keep in mind that we don’t have any refund for unused days. So better to cancel in the end of your subscription period.
